  • Your initial evaluation will be 90 minutes long, and all follow-up sessions are 1 hour long. Every session will be one-on-one with your performance physical therapist.

  • Most likely, yes. At Vital PT, we believe you shouldn't have to wait to start feeling better. During your first session, we’ll not only assess what's going on—we’ll also begin treatment and give you a clear plan to start managing your symptoms and making progress toward your goals from day one.

  • Not only do we look at the site of the symptoms, we also assess the entire body because we believe that everything is connected. Our approach is holistic and all-inclusive because we know that optimizing movement in order to relieve you of pain and dysfunction requires an approach that takes everything into consideration.

  • Gym Attire: Anything you’d feel comfortable working out in! We are movement-based, meaning we’ll have you moving on day one!

    Scheduling: Please bring your calendar to book out your entire plan of care at the end of the initial evaluation.

    Payment: Please bring either cash, card, check, or HSA/FSA card to pay for your session.

  • Yes, you will receive the same quality of care and training from the comfort of your own home.

  • After your initial assessment, your physical therapist will provide you with a recommendation based on your needs. The majority of clients feel better, move better, and are ready to perform within 10-15 sessions.

  • All of our physical therapists received their clinical doctorates in physical therapy. Everyone has taken numerous courses, continuing education, and have been mentored by some of the industry elites.

  • Our physical therapist have accumulated thousands of sessions under their belts and have lots of experience with movement disorders. We are confident that we can help you with anything as it relates to musculoskeletal care. If you have any questions, please contact us so we can help.

  • Yes, we do accept HSA/FSA.

  • We don’t verify insurance benefits on your behalf. Since we’re an out-of-network practice, payment is due at the time of service. However, if you have out-of-network benefits, we’re happy to provide a detailed receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

  • A superbill is a medical receipt that we will provide you when you pay upfront with us after your session. You can use this receipt as a way to get reimbursed directly through your insurance depending on your benefits.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require a 24 hours advance notice. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, you will be charged for the session.

  • We’re an out-of-network provider, so we don’t bill health insurance directly. However, if you have out-of-network benefits, we’ll provide you with a superbill that you can submit for potential reimbursement. Being out-of-network allows us to give you high-quality, one-on-one care without the restrictions of insurance.
